Breaded wheat-based pieces with rice, soy mayonnaise and cucumber salad

Give an Asian touch to your wheat-based pieces with a fresh cucumber salad with chili and a mayonnaise mixed with Japanese soy sauce. A delicious meal with a bite!

Ingredients:


SLAGVERK, 28 pcs
4 portions rice
Oil for frying

Cucumber salad

0.5 cucumber
4 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sugar
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 fresh finely chopped red chili or 1 pinch of chili flakes

 

Soy mayonnaise

2 dl mayonnaise
2 tbsp Japanese soy sauce

Step by step:

 

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Thinly slice the cucumber with a cheese grater or mandolin, mix it with the other ingredients to make the cucumber salad.
  3. Cook the SLAGVERK pieces according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Mix the mayonnaise and soy sauce.
