Recipe: Pasta al Limone
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and add a finely diced onion and the grated zest of an organic lemon, preferably an Amalfi lemon.
- Add 3 dl of full cream as soon as the onion has become translucent.
- Let the sauce simmer on low heat while you cook the spaghetti al dente.
- Stir the sauce into the spaghetti and season with lemon juice.
- Finally, sprinkle with basil and parmesan. Serve the pasta with fresh bread and fine olive oil.
