Soft colours and elements from nature

Natural materials, meadow flowers and pastel colours radiate a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. A table runner made of sunny yellow linen forms the basis of the table setting and is draped lightly along the entire length of the table. Linen also emphasises the natural look and provides a pleasantly cool feel in summer.

Mix and match

A cheerful mix of plates and bowls in shades of white and delicate pastel colours are harmoniously combined. Tea towels made of white linen with a simple check or line pattern serve as napkins.

Create the right mood accents

Decorate the centre of the table with different small glass vases with fresh, self-picked meadow flowers and greenery. Avoid large bouquets and place just a few delicate flowers and twigs in the vases to create an airy, summery picnic feeling. Pastel-coloured candles in water glasses and small lanterns add atmospheric accents, especially when sitting outside and enjoying the warm summer nights.
