Check the status of your order, manage and track your order

You can check the status of your outstanding order anytime in your purchase and order overview. To find your order, simply enter into the search function your order number and the email address or phone number you provided when placing your order.

If you were logged into your profile or you scanned your IKEA Family card when you placed your order, you’ll also be able to see all your past purchases and receipts.

You can use the purchase and order overview to...

  • Easily check the status of your order anytime and track it.
  • Change the delivery date.
  • View your order details and history, including products purchased, order date and time, delivery information, estimated delivery date etc.
  • Request our assembly service for applicable products in your online order after you’ve placed it (fee applicable for additional travel costs).
  • Download digital receipts and invoices for your purchases and use them to claim under the guarantee.
  • Cancel your order – as long as the order hasn’t already been picked and packed.
  • Order spare parts for the products you’ve purchased.
  • Access product pages quickly from the list of products in your order to check the dimensions or download assembly guides and other documents.
  • View the status of your current complaint or open case if you are waiting for a refund or subsequent delivery
