IKEA Lost and Found

Did you lose something in one of our stores? All items we find are kept a minimum of one month at our customer service desk.

How to claim your lost item

If your item has been found, we need to make sure that it belongs to you. Please provide as much detail as possible when claiming your item. Once we’ve made sure that the item belongs to you, you can collect it from the customer service desk at the store where you lost it. The customer service desk is by the exit in all of our stores.
