Invoice purchase for business customers

You can use our invoice purchase option to shop in our stores and online.

How it works 

Invoice purchase for online orders:

  1. Add the products you want to buy to your shopping bag as normal.
  2. Select invoice purchase as the payment method.
  3. A credit check will be run.
  4. You can choose to receive your invoice by email or in the post*

*CHF 2.70 to receive the invoice in the post, free to receive the invoice by email

Invoice purchase in store:

  1. Speak to a member of staff at the IKEA for Business Meeting Point or contact our B2B team by email or phone.
  2. A credit check will be run on your business.
  3. We’ll send a QR code to your smartphone.
  4. Place the products you want to buy in your shopping trolley as normal.
  5. Show or scan your QR code at the checkout.
  6. Swissbilling will send your invoice to you in the post (see summary of charges).
  7. You will need to pay the invoice within 30 days or in up to three instalments (see summary of charges). 

Summary of charges:

Regardless of whether you opt for a 30, 60, or 90-day payment plan, rest assured that there are no extra fees associated with installment payments.

A fee of CHF 2.70 is applied if you choose to receive the invoice via post. The option to receive the invoice via email is free of charge.”
