Can I change the delivery date of my order?

We know that sometimes plans change - you can change the delivery date yourself using the order management pages on our website. If this option is no longer available because we have already processed your order, please contact us.

You can manage your delivery from the order pages with your order number and phone number or email address. If you need assistance, you can contact us here.

    Life is full of changes but if the details have been sent to our delivery provider, we can no longer modify it. Check online if you can still cancel your order and make a new one.

    Yes, you can enter a different delivery address when placing your order. To do so, click on "deliver to another address" in the order process. It's also possible to change the billing address. We deliver throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein. It's not possible for us to deliver to another country.
