How do I make a claim on a product?
All our products are thoroughly tested before they are sold in our stores. If something goes wrong and you notice a quality problem over time, please contact us.
Many of our products come with an extended warranty – on top of the legal 2-year coverage. To make a complaint, you can easily submit your request online or find more contact options on this page.
