Please note that your card normally requires a PIN‑Code.
If your card does not have a PIN‑Code, you can still use it. For a refund card, simply enter the letter code at the end of the payment process so the payment can be processed correctly.
How do I use my IKEA gift card or my IKEA refund card online?
You will have the option to add your card in the 'Payment' tab at the end of the process.
Edit your order online as usual and choose the delivery or pickup method.
When you proceed, the first payment option will be “Add an IKEA gift/refund card.” Here you can register your card.

The balance on your card will be updated automatically about 4 hours after the payment.
