How can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
Up to a certain status, you can cancel your Click & Collect order yourself online.
A Click & Collect order can be cancelled online as long as the compilation is not completed.
If you are unable to cancel your order yourself, please contact our customer service at 058 515 03 86.
It's likely that your order has already been assembled, in which case we cannot refund the service charge.
