Why does IKEA charge a fee for the Click & Collect service?

The fee covers the cost of preparing the order.

Click & Collect is a convenient way to shop at IKEA. You place your order online and we prepare it for you. The fee covers the cost of preparing the order. The fee is CHF 4.95 per order.

For IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network members the Click & Collect fee* is CHF 0.00 instead of CHF 4.95 from a minimum order value of CHF 50.00.
