Can I return a product without proof of purchase such as a receipt?
Sometimes it's hard to keep track of your receipts. If you registered as an IKEA Family member when you made your purchase, you find your complete purchase and order history in your profil.
Log in to IKEA Family here and book your return directly online.
Not a family member? Contact us or visit the store and we will try to find your receipt. If we can't find the receipt in our system, we will refund you using an IKEA refund card. In this case, the refund will be based on the lowest price within the last year.
