Can I buy products from a gift registry directly in an IKEA store?

Yes of course! Just select "Buying your gifts in-store or bought them already?" and mark each gift that you pick in a store.

When visiting a store, make sure to have the gift registry page ready. Select "Buying your gifts in-store or bought them already?" and choose the store you are in.

For every product you pick up, click on "Mark gift".
