What can I do if my purchase (or part of it) is damaged?
We have handled your order with great care. Is something still damaged? Simply report it online or directly to Customer Service in the store.
For every purchase, you can easily choose the solution that suits you best. Check your purchase history and select the order that contains the damaged item. Choose one of the available solutions, such as returning the item or ordering small spare parts.
Is your purchase not listed in your overview? Please contact us or bring the damaged item directly to Customer Service at an IKEA store. We will be happy to help you.
