I have lost my receipt, can I still make a claim?
Don't worry, if you've lost your receipt there are plenty of ways to find a proof of purchase!
If you have had your products delivered, you may have an order number or a delivery note that can be used to verify your purchase.
If you were identified as an IKEA Family member when you made the purchase, you can also find your purchase history by logging in to your Family profile and report a claim directly online.
Not an IKEA family member and don't have an order number? We will always try to find a solution. Look for the product label, often on the back or bottom, before contacting us.
