What happens if I can't collect my goods on the day I have chosen?
It depends if you expect a collection in a store, a mobile pick-up point or in our external pick-up point.
If you have a collection planned in a store, the items will be put back in stock and you will get a refund of the goods' value, not the service, on your payment method.
If you have a collection in a mobile pick-up point, the goods will be returned to the nearest store and you will get a refund of the goods' value, not the service, on your payment method.
If you have a collection planned in the pick-up point in Landquart, from the 11th day after the originally selected collection, an administrative storage fee of CHF 5.00 per day will be charged.
Please try to modify or cancel your order in time.
