Does IKEA offer baking ovens with 230 V connection?

Every IKEA baking oven can also be connected with 230 V. In Switzerland, baking ovens are connected with 400 V in Switzerland to get full performance.

The power consumption of our IKEA baking ovens is between 2500W and 3600W (according to oven specification) and enables a connection to an earthed standard power line with 16 ampere/ 230 volt. As for Switzerland, 230 volts are usually secured by 10 ampere, we recommend to connect our IKEA baking ovens with 16 ampere / 400 volt, because otherwise the appliances can't work with full performance.

Exception: If the protection is secured by 16 amps, connection to 230 volts is possible as an exception.
The decisive factor is how many amps a connection is protected with.

Here you can find all our ovens

Important: A baking oven must be connected only by an electrician (heavy current)!
