If you had a parcel delivery, please also check online if your delivery hasn't be splitted in 2 deliveries. Your missing products might be on the way!

If you still need our support, the most efficient way is to contact us per phone at 058 515 03 86, from Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 7.30 pm and on Saturday from 8.30 am to 6 pm. If our co-workers require further information in written form, follow-up contact will be by e-mail.
