How can I check the status or change something on my order?
Follow the status of your order or change the truck delivery date online. Parcel delivery cannot be modified.
Check the status, manage and track your order or visit the history of the orders on your profile.
Once you have received the 4-hour window from our delivery partner, it is no longer possible to change the delivery and/or assembly time. In this case, the order will have to be cancelled and a new order will have to be placed, whereby the time window and the exact delivery and/or assembly time cannot be changed or pre-selected.
