One Home, One Planet Canada 2024

One Home, One Planet (OHOP) is an IKEA event that has been experienced around the world. On April 16, 2024, for the first time ever, IKEA Canada hosted OHOP Canada, an action-oriented multi-stakeholder event held at the 1 Hotel in Toronto, Ontario.

The event brought together over 100 purpose-driven brands, businesses, government, community groups, social enterprises, colleges/universities, and average consumers to discuss a challenge that has been years in the making: How can circularity be made more relevant, accessible and affordable for the average Canadian? Take a look at the Output Report and event recap below to learn more about the key themes and findings from the day, as well as the shared national Circular Roadmap created to encourage more repair and reuse options for Canadian households.
