RosenmandelStevegood value, works well, looks not too bad4
Great colour and very effective! MarilynLoved these curtains. Just the thing for my sunny windows! 5
Very lightweight but will get wrecked in the wash if you aren't carefulSarahI made the mistake of throwing these in the dryer after washing (how on earth do you hang dry a room's worth of wet curtains???) and bits of the backing came off in the machine. I realized after my mistake that I hadn't checked the care instructions first. Sooo disappointing as they are very nice, but now have all these patches that let light through. I've put duct tape on the other side to try to block them but not very happy about it given they're brand new and also can't be refunded due to my own error. Silly mistake but hopefully this review prevents others like it...!3
Blackout curtains LouiseToo light weight1
Not totally black out SerenaWe wanted nicer looking black out curtains and these look great! But waking up in the middle of the night/morning I can still see everything when I open my eyes compared to our previous curtains. Very thin and the back is plastic like material 2
curtainMarissai like the color and texture. I will definitely buy more for my house overseas.5
DisappointedJackThe curtains are very thin and therefore feels cheap. The blackout is only ok. We plan to return these and keep our old curtains.2
Worst EverAnneI washed the curtains to TRY to get rid of the creases before hanging. I'm 70 and didn't want to deal with standing for a long time to iron the 2 sets. They were near impossible to dry. I'd hung them to dry, but there were puddles everywhere. They're noisy. Plastic noise when opening and closing. They don't drape nicely because of the hard plastic used as backing to create the "blackout." The colour, though, was perfect for where I wanted them.1
They are very good blackAngelaThey are very good black out curtains!5
Nice shower curtainJoanneReturning these as they are glorified shower curtains and could probably be used for that. I wanted something heavier and thought the description "block-out curtain in grey wool-like mélange effect" meant something for winter. Not so, so thin! And the price does NOT justify what you get.1
It's what I wantSunI wanted a light one because my curtain rod doesn't support the heavy one. It also blacks out the light well. So, it fits perfectly my need. In addition, it doesn't look cheap.5
I wouldn't buy againShariI'm not sure if I am keeping these. It is such a hassle to send back as there is no ikea close to me. They are like a light weight shower curtain with a plastic bag adhered to the back. The fabric looks okay, before you open the package, but I do not think it is going to hang well. There are a lot of creases which is normal but I am hesitant to put these in the wash to try to get them out. Wish I had not ordered these.1
Cheap shower curtain type drapesGailGarbage product, so flimsy, don’t look good. Not worth the money at all.1
Love this color and greatSamanthaLove this color and great quality!5
Good for nurseryMeganThey feel a bit cheap, but great for price and they get the job done!4
Poor quality for the moneyAnnabelPoor quality for the money3
Very satisfiedSarah-LynnGood value for the price. Light fabric which hangs (drapes) nicely but also light darkening to keep the light out. Easy to hem with a sewing machine as well.4
Change color black for whiteTatianaChange color black for white because the color black Is exterior4
They work great to blockSarahThey work great to block out any light coming through our large windows. The are extremely light in weight, which have their pros and cons.4
Effective blackout curtains, beautiful greenAnonymous reviewerEffective blackout curtains, beautiful green color. The fabric is a bit strange though. The front looks good but the back has a plastic-like coating.4
