What should I do if I received a damaged kitchen product?
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If your order contained a damaged product, please contact IKEA for immediate assistance.
You have two options:
- Bring the item and your receipt to your nearest store, or
- Reach out to us directly to explore alternative solutions.
If your order included a product with hidden damage, you may submit a claim within 7 days of delivery. Please bring the item and your receipt to your nearest store or contact us for more options.
If your kitchen appliance is not functioning properly, please ensure the warranty is valid and contact us to speak with our Aftersales team.
