I have a complaint or feedback regarding kitchens, who should I turn to?
Find where to report a kitchen delivery or installation issue, submit feedback, or check an existing case.
Choose the option that best matches your kitchen issue:
- Delivery damage or a missing item: Use Track & manage my order to report delivery damage or check your order and case details. Have your order number ready.
- A problem with your kitchen installation: Contact IKEA as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed. Have your order number and photos of the problem ready; a return visit by the installer may be arranged. Call 1-866-866-IKEA (4532) or use IKEA chat.
- General feedback about your kitchen or IKEA experience: Submit it through the IKEA feedback form. Feedback is reviewed, but IKEA may not follow up on every submission.
