I’m missing hardware, what do I do?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused by missing hardware. We do have a few options for getting missing pieces to you.

We understand it can be frustrating to open your new IKEA product to assemble it and find you're missing or have misplaced some hardware. It's rare, but it does happen. That's why you may order the missing hardware by using this form. You can also chat with us or call us at 1-866-866-IKEA (4532) and one of our agents can place an order on your behalf.

This is a free service, but please allow up to 10 days for delivery to your home. If time isn't on your side, you may go into your closest IKEA store and visit the returns desk for replacement parts. However please note we are not able to give you any inventory updates on hardware pieces over the phone as this information isn't available. This can only be determined in-store.
