Is it possible to get spare parts after my warranty has expired, what can I do?
Has your warranty period expired, and you still need parts?
Sometimes it is possible to order spare parts for free. You can also visit a store.
If you don't have the proof of purchase and didn't register your IKEA Family card when you bought the item - or if you exceeded the warranty period - then we cannot take it back.
If it's still in good shape, have a look if it's part of the items we take back with IKEA Sell back program - or donate it to an association in your area!
