How do I order small spare parts?

You can order small spare parts using the Order spare parts tool, Purchases page in your IKEA Family account or at Customer Service desks in IKEA stores.

Ordering small spare parts can be done anytime after the date you purchase the products. Here’s how you can order small spare parts.
How to place the order online?
There are two ways you can order small spare parts online:
You can access the Order spare parts tool via the IKEA website. This tool is not available in the IKEA App. To use the Order spare parts tool, you will need the 6-8 digit identification number for the spare part you need.
If your purchase is linked with your IKEA Family account, you can order small spare parts by logging into your account and going to the Purchases page. Click on the "Order spare parts" button in the page to access a list of products with spare parts available.
How to place the order in-stores?
If you need the spare part urgently, most IKEA stores (except Plan & Order Points) also have a small spare parts selection available at the Customer Service desk, usually located near the entrance or exit of the store. Stock availability may vary, but if the part is in stock, a co-worker can arrange for you to take it home immediately. If the spare part is not in stock, the co-worker will help you to order the spare part and arrange the delivery for you.
You will not be able to check the stock availability for small spare parts in your nearest IKEA store.
How to order spare parts for discontinued products?
If you need spare parts for IKEA products that have been discontinued, please start a chat and type "Speak with an agent." Alternatively, you can call 1-866-866-IKEA (4532). A co-worker will help you to check for the parts you need, their availability and cost, and order it for you if needed. Make sure to have the product information ready before reaching out.
What are the delivery options available?
You can choose to have your small spare parts delivered to your home. Delivery for small spare parts generally take up to 10 business days and is free of charge.
How to track the order?
After ordering your small spare parts, you will receive a confirmation email. However, it is not possible for your or an IKEA co-worker to track the order as they are delivered to your home in a regular envelope.
