My order is incomplete, I'm missing items from my order, what should I do?

Are there parts missing from your product's packaging?
Parts such as screws (identified by the 6-digit number in the assembly booklet) can be ordered for free from our spare parts page.
Is a complete product missing from your order?
Your order may have been split into two deliveries arriving on different dates. You can check if part of your order is still on the way through the track and manage my order page.
