I ordered replacement parts and they still haven't arrived. How can I track the order?
Depending on where the spare part is shipped from, it can take up to 5 business days for smaller spare parts, like screws and dowels, to be delivered. For larger spare parts like a table leg, it can take up to 3 weeks. If you've received a confirmation email, there may be a tracking link which will take you to the order status page.
Still haven't received your replacement parts? Let us help you track where they currently are by contacting us. Please have your order number close by; order numbers for replacement parts usually start with the letters A S.
