What do I do if there is a something missing when I opened my product?
We're so sorry for this inconvenience. There are a few options at your disposal.
If there are pieces missing from your recent purchase, we recommend you have a look in every box as some pieces may be hidden. If you're sure there are pieces missing, there are a few options for you.
- Bring your complete item with your receipt to the Returns & Exchanges desk at your closest IKEA store, and we will offer a replacement for free.
- You can easily order small spare parts such as screws, plugs or hinges yourself. If the items have a 6-digit number in the assembly guide, use this form to order a replacement. This is a free service.
- If you are missing a larger part, please contact us or go to the customer service counter in one of our stores with the complete product and your receipt.
