How do your Pick-up location services work?

We offer many ways to shop at IKEA, including Pick-up locations across the country.

Instead of shipping items to your home, you can have them delivered to one of our convenient partner "Pick-up locations" for an affordable flat rate.
Once your order arrives, the collection window will depend on your chosen location:
  • Standard locations: (Kingston, Drummondville, Sherbrooke, Trois-Rivieres, Barrie, London, Sudbury, Thunder Bay, Windsor, Fredericton, Moncton, St.John's, Charlottetown, Regina, Saskatoon) You have 7 days to pick up your order.
  • Extended locations: (Parksville, Victoria) You have up to 14 days to collect your items.
  • Express/Limited-space locations: (Vaudruil, Abbotosford, Kelowna, Gatineau) items must be picked up within 2 days.
Important: Because storage space is limited, hold times cannot be extended. If your order is not collected within your location's specific timeframe, it will be sent back and the delivery fee will not be refunded.

What to bring for pickup:

  • Picking it up yourself? Please bring a valid, government-issued ID.
  • Sending someone else? If you can't make it, forward your confirmation email to them along with a written note granting consent. Make sure they bring their own government-issued ID as well.
Visit our Pick-up locations page for more details.
