How do your Pick-up location services work?
We offer many ways to shop at IKEA, including Pick-up locations across the country.
- Standard locations: (Kingston, Drummondville, Sherbrooke, Trois-Rivieres, Barrie, London, Sudbury, Thunder Bay, Windsor, Fredericton, Moncton, St.John's, Charlottetown, Regina, Saskatoon) You have 7 days to pick up your order.
- Extended locations: (Parksville, Victoria) You have up to 14 days to collect your items.
- Express/Limited-space locations: (Vaudruil, Abbotosford, Kelowna, Gatineau) items must be picked up within 2 days.
What to bring for pickup:
- Picking it up yourself? Please bring a valid, government-issued ID.
- Sending someone else? If you can't make it, forward your confirmation email to them along with a written note granting consent. Make sure they bring their own government-issued ID as well.

To use this service, add your desired items to your cart, and select the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout. Choose your preferred collection point and time slot. You'll receive a confirmation email/SMS with collection details, and once your order is ready, you'll be notified to pick it up. Ensure you have your order confirmation and ID with you.
