Can Food Items be returned ?
If you’re not completely satisfied, or simply just change your mind, you can return your unopened products within 365 days. Food items can be returned within 90 days.
IKEA Follows the Same Return policy relating to food items with certain Exceptions :
1. You can return unopened non-perishable or frozen food items within 90 days of purchase. We will refund you on an IKEA refund card.
2. The item must be unopened and unused, unless there is an issue with the quality such as if the item is stale.
3. As long as the item still has a visible barcode to scan and the item is unexpired , it is eligible for a return.
4. The Customers cannot return perishable food items back to IKEA.
