Can I refuse articles upon the time of delivery?
When having items delivered, the entire order must be accepted or returned at time of delivery. Partial delivery refusals are unfortunately not available at this time.
- Refuse the entire order.
- Accept the order in full and then contact IKEA to set up a pick-up for unwanted items. Please note that for a change of mind, a pick-up fee will be required.
- If the packaging was opened, please be sure to re-seal it to prevent any damages during return. The return packaging can be the same package that was received during delivery, or can be used with another box or plastic.
