How do FedEX deliveries work?
Here you will find some information on our parcel delivery service.
Parcel delivery fees are based on the size and weight of the order. When your order is ready, our delivery partners will make three attempts to deliver it. Packages will be left at your door if you are not home and the area is considered safe. You will receive a note explaining where to pick up your order if it is not left at your door. The delivery date is merely a preliminary estimate. Therefore, the order might get delivered either before or after the desired date.

If you missed a delivery, FedEx may make 2 more attempts to deliver your package (for a total of 3 attempts). For apartment buildings with no secure drop-off point, it may be redirected to a nearby FedEx pickup location with a notice.
