What is IKEA's return policy for mattresses?
Is your mattress is too firm, too soft or too something else? You can bring it back and simply exchange it for another.
You should note that initially your new mattress can seem a bit too firm; it's best to allow at least one month for your body to get used to the mattress and for the mattress to get used to your body. Choosing a pillow that suits you and your new mattress will maximize your comfort!
‘Love it or Exchange it’ is IKEA’s 90-day trial policy for newly purchased mattresses. You may exchange your mattress once within 90 days of purchase if you change your mind, provided that it is not dirty, stained or damaged. Simply return your mattress to an IKEA store with your proof of purchase and we'll help you find one that suits you better. This policy does not apply to bed frames, bed slats, or mattress toppers.
