How will I be notified about my Click & Collect order?
Once your Click & Collect order is ready, you will receive an email notification.
It is the goal of IKEA to have your order ready on time, but sometimes delays can occur. In order to avoid waiting in line at the IKEA location, please wait until you receive an email confirming your order is ready. IKEA location information will be emailed to you once you receive this confirmation. Please note that you have an extra 24 hours to pick up your order after your scheduled pick-up time.
Due to the current situation, revised pick-up procedures have been introduced on-site so that health and safety are the top priorities, and we ask that you respect the social distance of a minimum of 6 feet. In addition, at this time, we are unable to offer loading assistance.
