Can I return a product if it has been opened or assembled?
Yes, we accept returns on opened products. However, they must be in unused or saleable condition.
Returning an open or assembled product
- We do not require the original packaging, but all components in the retail box must be returned to us.
- The product must also be returned in unused or saleable condition.
- Please refer to our IKEA refund policy for full terms and conditions regarding our returns.
Returning an open mattress
- Mattresses that have been opened may be exchanged under our 'Love it or exchange it' mattress exchange policy.
