Can I upgrade my mattress if I return the old IKEA one?
If you would like to upgrade your mattress, all IKEA asks is that you pay the difference between the original purchase price and the price of the replacement chosen, subject to the mattress qualifying for a return under the mattress return policy.
If the replacement mattress is lower in price, IKEA will credit the difference to an IKEA Refund card for you to use towards a future purchase. Please note the mattress must qualify for a return under the returns policy.
See our full returns policy here.
