What is IKEA Returns policy for a Custom Benchtop?
If you wish to cancel your order of a custom stone benchtop, it is best to do so before fabrication begins to avoid any non-refundable fees.
Before check-and-measure you may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-and-measure service for a full refund of the fees paid.
After check-and-measure, but before fabrication If you decide not to proceed with installation after the check-and-measure service, you will receive a refund of fees paid, minus the non-refundable check-and-measure service fee.
Once fabrication begins you cannot cancel the order and no refund of the cost of the worktop or related service fees will be provided.
