An ergonomic pillow with 3-layer structure that can be adapted in height and comfort depending on your sleeping preferences.

With all three foam layers, you get a high pillow that is ideal for back and side sleepers. Remove the mid-layer to make the pillow lower and comfier for stomach sleepers.

Cooling gel layer and cooling fabric on one side provide a soothing sleep surface. Soft, non-cooling check-pattern fabric on the other side. Flip to the side that suits you best.

Great firm pillowKaraI’d been looking for a truly firm pillow and this is it. It supports your head without any sinking in. The only 2 downsides to this pillow is I was hoping for a slightly higher loft for side sleeping and it is smaller than a standard queen pillow. It makes for an awkward pillow case situation. 4

Great competitor to Pillow CubeEthanThis pillow is designed to be extremely firm and keep your neck supported parallel with your spine. Look up the “Pillow Cube” for marketing on why that’s better. I think this is slightly better than the Pillow Cube since it is actually pillow shaped rather than just a brick. It fits perfectly between my neck and shoulder as I am a side sleeper. Some people may be surprised by the firmness and height but it really helped my sleep. Before this I used to stack several pillows to get the height I wanted but now I just need the one!5

With a little care, you can prolong the life of your ergonomic pillow and keep it fresh. It is important that you do not wash the foam, as this will affect the pillow's quality and function. However, you can always wash the outer pillow cover. Remove the cover from the foam and machine wash at max. 104°F, regular cycle. Tumble dry on low heat, max. 140°F.
