This should be illegalJordanNever buy this piece of trash excuse for a product, it literally cannot even be assembled. The drawers are constructed improperly and don’t line up to be put together. Wasted 30 minutes of my life trying to figure out how what was wrong but turns out it’s just a terrible and sloppy manufacturing slop. Do you guys even have quality control? Are you joking?
UnusableJessicaThis item is absolutely unusable. Constructing the frame was a breeze but the drawers are another story. The holes to insert the plastic pegs actually connecting the front/back panel to the basket portion are so unaligned it’s not physically possible to make the drawer. I ordered two units and tested multiple drawers from both to make sure it wasn’t just a one-off. I tried to Jimmy it a couple different ways with zipties, actual screws, etc. and managed to construct a drawer but it’s not functional. Please do yourself a favor and do not purchase this - I’m actually mind boggled to see any positive reviews about ease of setup and functionality.
IKEA - PLEASE REMOVE THIS PRODUCT FROM YOUR CATALOG! There are hundreds of other reviews corroborating this exact issue that I somehow missed before purchasing. This should not be sold as it is now - it is not functional and like many others, this would not be worth my time or gas to return to the store. Thank you.
Don't Do ItCharlotteI thought this would be perfect for what I needed, but unfortunately, it doesn't want to stay together. It's impossible to use the little plasticy things rather than a regular screw. In a perfect world, these might work, but with an all metal drawer unit, WHY plastic bits. Worst thing I ever bought here. Never had a problem with any others.
A WASTE of TIME AND MONEY CarmeliteThis item is extremely cheap and flimsy—definitely not worth the time or money. The picture and description are very misleading, and I regret purchasing it. I’m usually very satisfied with IKEA products, but this one was a huge disappointment. I wish I had read the reviews before driving over an hour to pick it up.
Was what I was looking for.... except that...JenniferOverall, this was exactly what I was looking for… subject to the following:
1) I had to purchase screws to put it together. The plastic “rivets” are useless, I was never able to make them work. A trip to the hardware store for metal screws, $10 later & I was able to put it together.
2) I didn’t use the wheels – they weren’t needed for where I wanted it to live.
3) The drawers are very easy to pull all the way out and will drop to the floor if you aren’t careful.
4) The instructions aren’t the most “user friendly” - I watched a YouTube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vc02MdKa-9E) which helped me put it together (the drawer pieces were confusing.)
However… it was exactly what I wanted/needed – so it worked out well The price can’t be beat and (for me) it does what I needed it to do.
Impossible to put togetherLorraineI purchased 2 of these items but skeletal instructions were sent one of which was to call IKEA. Not everyone wants to call a retailer and would prefer to put things together ourselves. The screws do not work. I do NOT recommend this item. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

no goodRikivery disappointing. the drawers fall off track and the 'screws' are actually little plastic pegs that easily break. the drawers cannot handle much weight at all - only a few light items. it's a shame because the metal material of the actual drawer unit seems sturdy enough, just poor execution and ultimately pretty useless : /

Not worth the value or the headachesCristianIt's a very flimsy frame. The drawers are held together by a plastic hinge that doesn't last long. We used it for our daughter's arts and craft station, after about a while the drawers start to bend inwards, no longer able to stay in the guide. Better invest in a better quality drawer.
Don't waste your time or moneyJennyThis is by far the worst drawer money can buy. It was a process to build and now that I've built it it's a pain in the butt. The screws keep coming out and I feel like it's going to fall apart any minute now. I could've gotten a better drawer at the dollar store.

Physically impossible to assembleOliviaI see why this item is now essentially on clearance sale. The frame itself was easy enough to assemble, but the drawers are quite literally physically impossible to put together. None of the holes for the locking pins line up on ANY of the drawers, meaning it is 100% unusable. Don’t buy this.

Hard to assembleVictoriaPutting together the actual 3 drawers with the tiny plastic screws is hard. The holes don’t align. I bought this two years ago and it was a breeze. Not sure what changed. I love it bc it fits in a smaller space, sturdy, and affordable . Otherwise, it would have been a 5 star
