Wanted to love it, but I hate itDespinaThe actual design is great - the way it opens into a bed and the storage underneath. That’s about all that’s good. The three back cushions are too small and sag. The actual bed part is so hard. It’s uncomfortable to sit on, let alone to sleep on. And let’s not forget about the uncushioned piece of wood that runs down the center when you open the bed. Very uncomfortable. I wish I had never purchased it. I don’t understand the good reviews on here.

Springs SadagulMy whole body hurts, I wake up at nights with pain, one side is springs sagging in, the other side hard board, one side higher than other, this is a piece of a nightmare, this product makes me hate ikea, even if I like other products, I never wanna go back to ikea again!

Looks nice but snags easilyWhitneyI bought the beige version of this sofa. It looks great and was not too hard to put together. Comfortable for sitting and watching TV. I have not really slept on it but it seems okay. The only down side is the fabric snags very easily. I have cats, and they don't scratch it purposefully, but even then just jumping on and off it causes snags in the fabric. I had to get a cover to put over it so they don't wreck it.

Stiff, uncomfortable as a sofa, difficult assemblyRichardThe friheten sleeper sofa is a nice looking relatively low cost option if you need a sleeper occasionally but as a sofa it’s not very comfortable and hard to put together because some important parts don’t line up and it’s easy to strip screws as you try to get them to align.
Perfect for turning extra room into guest roomLorena E.Sleeper sofa is exactly what I was looking for: something comfortable to use as a sofa in a hobby/extra room but also super easy to turn into a guest bed when needed. We are able to put a queen-size futon with bedsheets on top of it when it is in sleeper form. It is way easier and more comfortable than trying to wrap fitted bedsheet around the sofa itself.

Gray sleeper sofaLoriWe bought this BFF or our office/guest room. My sister and husband (in their 60’s/70’s) slept there for the weekend. They said it was comfortable. We did buy a mattress pad for it though. The pad rolls up and fits in the storage with sheets and two pillows. The couch looks nice. Easy to open and close. Would recommend.
