It damaged our furnitureVasiliiAfter about 2 weeks of having the leaves on our furniture, they suddenly started to emit drops of red paint which damaged our commode Stockholm 2025. After a day of attempts to remove paint from it, it's still visible. Thus, 1 euro leaves damaged 400 euro commode.
I don't know whether it was because of slight temperature changes in the room during the night, or very normal moisture levels (in the Netherlands, you should account for higher levels of moisture when selling such products nevertheless), but the actual reason is likely the fact that they are live painted leaves which naturally continue to output water even after being cut and painted.
Ikea should discontinue this product ASAP until more people get damages.
