You get what you pay forMichaëlThe positives are that it's cheap, and it does an adequate job at holding the roll. There are however a few downsides.
It being rectangular means it is cheaper to manufacture, but the edges scrape of tiny cardboard particles from the inside of the roll creating a layer of paperdust around it.
If a roll has been squished slightly and the cardboard is no longer perfectly round it quickly becomes more difficult to use as well.
All in all it's pretty decent for €2, but I regret not spending a few euros more.
