Not the quality I expected from IKEARoyaI purchased the Barlast LED ceiling/wall lamp on 12 December 2025. I bought three of these lamps, and unfortunately two of them have already stopped working, with the most recent failure occurring yesterday.
I have always associated IKEA products with reliability and good value, which is why I was surprised by this experience. Considering that the lamps have been in use for only a few months, I did not expect them to become unusable so quickly.
I hope IKEA will review the quality and durability of this product, as this has been disappointing compared to my expectations.
Nice lamp but..TamerIt is a nice lamp specially for bathroom and douche. However, the assembly requires drilling on the ceiling which is alot of work since it needs three holes.
Not White. But Yellow/Orange "warm"DiegoIt is NOT white as the description says and I expected to be.
Although some times pictures are not really illustrative, here does shows the real color.
I would only recommend it for studios and as a cheap ready to go light.
As it isn't white, I don't find it recommendable for living rooms nor kitchen, and with 11W is probably too strong on the nights for the bedroom and definitely too much for the Toilet.
Plastics are nice, lightweight and cheap.
It doesn't have a hook and screw to fix it on the ceiling.
