Free coffee or tea

As an IKEA Family member we'd like you to really feel like family. Take a break from finding your next favorite home solution and enjoy a free cup of coffee or tea every time you visit. you only need to scan your IKEA Family card.

Prefer (oat) milk in your coffee? From July 24, a small €0.50 surcharge will apply. While some prices have changed, we remain committed to keeping the everyday life affordable — including the little moments that matter.

15% extra value Buy Back Service

With the Buy Back Service, you give your old IKEA furniture a second life in a new home. You will get an IKEA voucher that you can use directly to spend on something new for at home. For IKEA Family members, we increase the buy back value with 15% extra.

Indefinite returns

At IKEA, it’s OK to change your mind. Family members can even return any unopened IKEA product indefinitely (instead of the usual 365 days), for a full refund.

Free 'oops'-insurance

Sometimes things don't go as planned. As an IKEA Family member you're in safe hands. Scan your IKEA Family card at the cash register and get a free 14-day 'oops'-insurance. If something breaks on the way home, you can get a new product at the customer service.

Don't forget to scan your IKEA Family card when making a purchase in store! Then we can save your receipt and you'll always have all information about your purchases at hand. Smart!

Discount on van rental

Difficulties to transport your purchase home after a store visit? IKEA Family members can rent a van with a discount.

Registration fee for renting a van is 10.- (one time only), but IKEA Family members get this back as a discount for your first reservation.

As an IKEA Family member, you can create as many online shopping lists as you like. A list for every space of the house, a list for every season. What is your next project?
