Interior design service for businesses in three steps
The first meeting with our interior designer is a free online appointment of approx. 45 minutes to discuss the wishes and dreams for your business. You will then receive a quote for the planning service hours required to design your project. The planning service costs 29.99 euros per hour.

An intake with one of our interior designers especially for businesses. How does it work?
Intake appointment
We start with a free online intake. You bring the floorplan and measurements of the space and based on your requirements, wishes and own vision, we come up with various options and solutions together. How is your company set up now? Which solutions are currently working well and what are you missing. We'll also talk about the size of the project and what your expectations are.
What do we offer?
We’ll create an overview of your requirements and include in the quote how many hours we need for the design. Once you approve it, you’ll receive the invoice for the design. As soon as the invoice is paid, we’ll start designing.
Interior design
Based on our knowledge and the insights of your business and your needs, we make a design with suggestions for furniture, lighting and accessories. The proposal contains an extensive mood board, floor plan, product collage, detailed drawings and a productlist of the products we recommend.
Ordering
When you want to order, your contact person at IKEA will help you with all the necessities, so that everything runs smoothly and you can safely start setting up your business.
