Furnish smart & declutter

The wadrobe isn't very large, but has enough space for both of them. Wardrobe organisers and lighting help to keep the closet organised, and make it easier to find outfits. Their off-season clothes are stored under the bed.

The room has a lot of neutral beige and white tones. This brings peace to the room. They keep the room interesting by using different structures and materials. In this way, the bedroom literally and figuratively reflects their lively personality.

Enjoy the silence

Joost and Marieke's bedroom is not only a sanctuary in terms of colour and furniture. It is also very quiet. The carpet on the floor and the two-layer curtain solution help with soundproofing. There is a 100% blackout roller blind, with a curtain over it, which looks nice and also helps silence the outdoors.

Marieke and Joost end each day with a short meditation before going to sleep. For this, they use the white SYMFONISK, which doubles as a night light.
