Since 2021, IKEA and Svea solar have collaborated to give our mutual customers the best deals on solar panels possible. For IKEA, this was a whole new market when we started the collaboration and we have learned a lot together during our joint journey. On June 2024, our collaboration expires and we will take the lessons learned into our continued work.  

This is a new area for us at IKEA and we have learned a lot from the collaboration with the Svea solar. Now that the contract period is up, we both agreed not to extend the contract. 

The joint customers who bought solar panels continue to be customers of Svea solar. You keep your guarantees and conditions in exactly the same way as before. If you have questions about your solar panels, you need to contact Svea solar.

IKEA wants to continue to offer simple, affordable and sustainable energy solutions to our customers and hopes to soon be able to tell you more about that in the future.
