On what "legal grounds" do we process your information?

  • We recommend that you always check the sender of the email. Official IKEA e-mails can be identified by the sender with the e-mail address,, or,
  • Win promotions from IKEA Netherlands on Facebook are always directly linked to our Facebook page or link through to our website
  • IKEA does not use SMS or Whatsapp for promotions.

If you have doubts about the authenticity of an email or (win) action from IKEA, please contact us. At you will find more information about what you can do to securely surf the internet.
