What is the IKEA policy on human rights, working conditions and the environment?

We want everyone to feel good about the products we sell. That's why we work hard on our relationships with our suppliers and relationships that reach even further. These codes of conduct are laid down in the IWAY (The IKEA Way on Purchasing Home Furnishing Products).

This guideline covers human rights, working conditions, the environment, sustainability and much more. It states what suppliers can expect from IKEA and what IKEA expects from suppliers.

We are also strongly committed to fundamental human rights for all and oppose any form of discrimination. We promote equal treatment of people regardless of race, origin, gender, age, religion or sexual orientation.
